Furnished apartment in Tampere: how to choose the right one

Start with your own needs

Write down three things first: how many nights you plan to stay, who is travelling and what you will do during the day. A weekend concert trip asks for something different from a month-long work assignment.

Also decide whether you need a real kitchen or just morning coffee. If you plan to cook, read the property page to see which equipment is actually listed.

Location shapes your daily routine

All City Home apartments are in Tampere, and the exact address is on each apartment page. Put the address into a map and look at the distance to the railway station, your workplace or the event. Check connections for your own travel dates, because routes and timetables change.

What is included

In every City Home apartment, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, coffee and tea are included. Other features, such as the number of beds, a balcony or a workspace, differ from one property to another.

Do not assume anything the page does not state. If something matters to you, ask before you pay.

Property-specific facts to verify

Before booking, go through the apartment page and ask directly about anything unclear:

• sleeping places and bed types compared with your group
• floor, lift and accessibility, if these matter to you
• parking options and any cost
• a suitable desk and internet connection if you work remotely
• arrival and departure times and how keys are handed over

How booking works at City Home

Search availability for your dates and declare every traveller by age group. The search shows the total price for the stay rather than a breakdown. A phone number is required for a booking.

After payment, our staff enter the booking into the reservation system manually. A successful payment alone does not prove the booking is confirmed, so follow the status with your booking reference and wait for confirmation.

Cancellation

If you cancel at least 7 days before the check-in time, the total amount paid is refunded. Payments are not refunded for cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in time.
