Booking and Accommodation Terms

These terms apply to bookings made through the City Home Finland website with Ahvi Oy (Business ID 2724580-9).

1. Binding booking and payment

A booking made through the website is binding. Full payment is made at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation and refunds

There is no cancellation right for bookings made through the website. The customer cannot cancel the booking, and payments are non-refundable.

3. Check-in and check-out

Standard check-in is from 16:00. Standard check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be agreed separately for an additional fee.

4. House rules

Guests must comply with the house rules below throughout the stay. The house rules are made available before payment.

5. Acceptance

By completing the booking, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Booking and Accommodation Terms and House Rules and understand that the booking is binding and cannot be cancelled.

House Rules

1. Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 16:00; check-out is by 12:00. Other times require a separate agreement and may incur a fee.

2. Number of guests and use

Only the booked number of guests may stay. Extra guests, parties and events are prohibited. Breaches may result in termination without compensation.

3. Quiet hours

Quiet hours are 22:00–7:00. Please consider neighbours at all times.

4. Smoking

Smoking indoors, including vaping, is prohibited. Smoking or smoke odours incur an additional cleaning and odour-removal fee of at least €200.

5. Pets

Pets require prior written agreement. Unauthorized pets may result in extra cleaning charges or termination of the stay.

6. Cleanliness and waste

Keep the apartment clean and dispose of waste in designated bins. Unusual mess or odours may be charged separately.

7. Furniture and property

Treat furnishings carefully. Do not move furniture or remove items. Guests are responsible for damage they cause.

8. Keys and access

Guests are responsible for keys, tags and codes. Lost keys or tags are charged at actual replacement cost.

9. Safety

Do not tamper with safety equipment. Lock doors and windows when leaving. The host is not responsible for guests’ personal belongings.

10. Prohibited activities

Parties, illegal activities, disturbing neighbours and unauthorized business use are prohibited.

11. Breaches

Material breaches may result in extra charges, damages or termination without compensation.
