Corporate accommodation in Tampere: a business trip guide
Choosing accommodation for a work trip goes more smoothly when the key details are agreed early. This guide sets out what a company may want to clarify before booking a stay in Tampere.
Define the need first
Gather the number of guests, nights, arrival and departure dates and whether everyone travels together. For a large group, decide whether you want one shared apartment or several separate ones.

Apartment or hotel room
An apartment can suit a stay where you want a more home-like base for several days. A hotel room may suit a short trip better. Compare the options against the needs of your team, and check what each apartment page actually lists.

Before booking, ask property by property about everything business travellers need. Do not assume anything that is not written on the apartment page.

- invoicing: agree it directly with us rather than assuming a particular option

For corporate stays and special requests, use the form on the contact page. An inquiry does not make a reservation. Share your preferred dates, guest count and any special needs so the answer can be concrete.
Online booking and confirmation
If you book online, declare every traveller by age group and give a phone number, which is required. The result shows the total price.
After payment, staff enter the booking into the reservation system manually. Payment alone does not prove a confirmed booking. If the trip schedule is tight, wait for confirmation before buying anything non-changeable, such as fixed tickets.
Cancellations and changes
If you cancel at least 7 days before the check-in time, the total amount paid is refunded. Payments are not refunded for cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in time.
