HOUSE RULES

1. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is only possible by prior agreement and may be subject to an additional fee. 

 2. OCCUPANCY AND USE

Only the number of guests stated in the reservation may stay in the apartment. Extra guests, parties, and events are not allowed. Violation of these rules may result in termination of the stay without refund. 

 3. QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level at all times. 

 4. SMOKING

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and all indoor areas. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, and similar devices. Smoking or smoke-related odors will result in a minimum charge of €200 for additional cleaning and deodorization. 

 5. PETS

Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed in writing in advance. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees or termination of the stay. 

 6. CLEANLINESS AND WASTE

The apartment must be kept in good condition during the stay. Trash must be disposed of in designated waste areas. Excessive mess, waste, or odors beyond normal use may result in additional cleaning charges. 

 7. FURNITURE AND PROPERTY

Furniture, appliances, and equipment must be handled with care. Moving furniture or removing items from the apartment is not allowed. Guests are liable for any damage caused during the stay. 

 8. KEYS AND ACCESS

Guests are responsible for keys, access cards, and access codes. Lost keys or access devices will be charged according to actual replacement costs. 

9. SAFETY

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, sprinklers, or other safety equipment. Doors and windows must be locked when leaving the apartment. The Host is not responsible for guests’ personal belongings. 

 10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following are strictly prohibited: – parties and events – illegal activities – disturbing neighbors or other residents – using the apartment for commercial purposes without permission

11. VIOLATION OF HOUSE RULES

The Host reserves the right to charge additional fees, claim damages, or terminate the stay without refund in case of serious violation of these house rules.
